The challenge:
To produce and deliver all insert and Direct Mail campaigns on a global level as efficiently as possible.
What we did:
Inserts – by applying our ‘media savvy’ approach, we optimised all insert specifications to the most responsive yet cost effective formats to improve the ROI and drive down the CPA for the respective campaign.
Direct Mail – Streamlining the cost efficiencies attached to Party Gaming’s Direct Mail, we have managed to make considerable savings on Party Gaming’s global postage bill, as well as continually reducing their CPU by constantly tweaking specifications and reviewing production costs for all aspects of a pack.
The outcome:
We have continually improved all costs on print and postage, thus managing to reduce their cost per unit on simple DM packs by 35% and have also reduced their global postage bills by 20%. This has all gone toward improving the RMP CPA target.
