National inserts day (27/11/09)
We booked 10,000 inserts for MediaWeek complete with “I Love Inserts” lenticular badges tipped onto them.
With a big positive message ready to go to market and the inserts printed (in China!) we were less than amused when MediaWeek informed us that they had in fact produced their last ever printed issue (a sign of the times). We guess that our message of “power to printed media” came 1 week too late for the media industry.
Our thanks to Haymarket, who found us 10,000 names to post our inserts to - even if they did arrive after “national insert day”
