The challenge:
To open up all insert opportunities to the COI (especially 3rd party inserts) and thus make inserts a more effective medium within their marketing mix.

 

What we did:
We have suggested numerous new 3rd party opportunities that were previously untested by the COI. We are also in the process of putting together an inserts workshop to promote inserts across all the departments of the COI’s marketing team and update them on the hidden gems that are out there.

 

The outcome:
The COI now have a larger number of insert distributions to choose from and we are working on increasing their insert spend.
